Replacement Policy

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our Customer Care within 24 hours of delivery via support@prohomeindia.com. Upon verification, we will arrange a reverse pickup and dispatch a replacement within 24-48 hours.

• Eligibility: Only manufacturing defects or damage during transit qualify for replacement.
• Return Window: Initiate return within 3 days of delivery.
• Packaging: Use original or secure packaging to avoid further damage during return shipping.
• Exclusions: Returns due to size, colour, or preference are not accepted.

Damage Policy

Report any damage within 24 hours of receipt, including photos or videos for verification. We reserve the right to request evidence to process replacements.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval of returned products.
• Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after product receipt and quality check.
• Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds processed after confirmation from the shipping partner, which may take up to 15 days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without charges.
• Shipped orders cannot be cancelled; please follow the return and refund process.
• Custom or made-to-order products are non-cancellable.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if delivery to the provided pincode is not possible, with full refunds issued.
