Shipping Policy

Product Safety & Packaging

We take extensive precautions to ensure the safety of our products and their packaging during dispatch. Each item is carefully wrapped and securely packed. Fragile items receive special care and additional protection, such as bubble wrap, to prevent damage during transit.

Damaged Shipments

If you notice that your shipment has been tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it and immediately contact our customer service team.

Order Dispatch Timing

Orders placed on Saturday after 12 PM or on Sunday will be dispatched within 48-72 hours.

Delivery Issues

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please notify our customer service team via call or email within 24 hours. We will investigate the matter with our courier partners and request you to allow 48-72 hours for resolution.

Claims for Shortages or Damages

Any issues related to shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of receiving the order. We require 3 working days to investigate and review your request. If your shipment is damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it.

Reverse Pick-up Service

If reverse pick-up service is not available in your location, you may need to self-ship the product via a reliable courier. We will reimburse the shipping charges either via bank transfer or as Pro Homes Reward Points.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel an order if the delivery pincode is not serviced by our logistics partner. You will be notified of the cancellation promptly.

Post-Delivery Damages

We are not responsible for any damage or misplacement of products after they have been delivered to you.

Pause on Deliveries

We reserve the right to pause deliveries to any part of the country at any time, depending on the circumstances.

Product Expiry

Products with an expiration date of less than 3 months are eligible for return. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded. No returns or refund requests will be accepted for products with more than 3 months to expiry.

Reseller Exemption

Resellers are not eligible for Pro Homes Reward Points or offers.

Delivery Time

Orders will be delivered within 4-5 working days (depending on the delivery location). We dispatch products from our warehouse within a maximum of 2 days.
